Program Leader Vanessa North
Vanessa is an engaging trainer, coach & management consultant who has worked in executive roles for over 20 years, in health, universities, TAFE and the private sector; in Australia, New Zealand, & Singapore.
She currently works as a university Lecturer in Business and Health Services Management, and runs Aspirational Leaders and Health Manager Mentor - leadership & management training & coaching specialising in development for healthcare managers.
Vanessa is a former Registered Nurse, Organizational, Development specialist at a hospital in New Zealand, and Director of Learning & Development in the Australian federal public service. Vanessa provides leadership and management training, coaching and development for a range of businesses including manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, food production, the finance sector, government, logistics, and defence.
She has been an invited speaker and chair at many international events, and is passionate about providing participants with practical skills that they can apply straight away.
